Navigating Life's Waves

Life happens in waves. Sometimes we are up, sometimes we are down, other times we are coasting. Coasting is between the ups and downs. Although designed as the period after the downward downloads of the wave, coasting can also occur after the upward ascension. As we learn and grow, we elevate. There are indeed levels to the journey. This is the upward movement of the wave. Like climbing a flight of stairs or hiking up a mountain, there is work involved. As we ascend, we create both good and bad karma through the decisions we make. If there is an imbalance upon reaching the top, a cleanse must take place before the ascension can be complete.  

So, you have done the work, you have stayed true to the path. You've reached the peak of the wave. You can see your future, but you find yourself coasting. That’s because the frequency of that baggage you are carrying from the level you are leaving does not exist on the level you are upon. Let it go! All that does not serve your greatest good must leave your immediate present. It’s holding you back from the next level. 

 A lot of people get stuck coasting at one point or another along the journey. It’s comfortable (until it’s not). It’s easy (you’ve mastered it). It’s routine. But there is no growth in comfortable. Coasting is designed as the period after the downward downloads where the soul rests, rejuvenates, and prepares for the next wave.  

When a soul coasts at the upward level of the wave, it’s usually followed by an awakening. An awakening force the soul to face the trauma that has them anchored to that level. It pushes the soul into the next level by purging all that does not serve them. This experience is usually difficult. One may feel as if their world is falling apart or that their life is ending. It's because it is. In the most literal sense. Old habits, relationships, and interests are literally dying off. They cannot exist on the next level you are upon. 

On the downward of the wave, what has been sewn is reaped. Manifesting in the forms of new people, new places, new experiences, new opportunities and a higher level of innerstanding. As a creative the downward is my favorite part. It’s the excitement of all things new. It's the moment after the old and right before the new where there is purity. No form, just energy waiting to be transformed. 

The goal is to get through the levels with as little damage to the soul as possible. To experience less awakenings and more transitions. This is achieved by knowing thyself and knowing thy Lord. To act on the missions that fall upon you when they appear. Without hesitation, without question, without fear. In these times it's imperative we walk by faith with an innestanding that truth has an undeniable feeling.  

The soul’s journey is one of truth, love, oneness, and enlightenment. No matter where you are on your journey, life will happen in waves. Depending on where you are on your journey will determine if you experience awakenings or transitions.
