Refund Policy

This work is created with intention, and your satisfaction matters.

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, contact us and we will make it right.

Physical Products: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund. No hassle.

If you simply change your mind, we accept returns of unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Pre-Orders Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before November 1, 2026.
