Digital Products: The 3-Day I AM Preview and any other digital downloads are delivered instantly to the email address you provided at checkout. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.

Physical Products: The I AM 30-Day Contemplation & Reflection Journal and all physical items are shipped via standard carrier. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary by location but typically arrive within 7–10 business days after processing.

 

Pre-Orders: The I AM Journal is currently available for pre-order. All pre-order shipments will go out on or before November 1, 2026.
